The Providence Health Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising funds to support the greatest needs of Providence, a member of Ascension Health which is the nation’s largest Catholic nonprofit health system.

The Providence Health System includes Providence Hospital – the District’s longest continuously operating hospital serving patients for over 155 years, Perry Family Health Center, Fort Lincoln Family Medicine Center, Carroll Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Seton House – Behavioral Health Services, and the D.C.
